Dentalle offers Porcelain Fused to Zirconia restorations, or PFZ products, with exceptional esthetics due to the utilization of the latest in technologically advanced manufacturing processes.
The Zirconia restorations from our offshore dental lab in Beijing, China are FDA Approved and 100 percent safe and durable.
The PFZ offered from our dental lab in China is milled using the TDS Fusion system. Dentalle has chosen to use TDS as a partner because of their superior Zirconia material and the company’s reputation. TDS is fully backed by Pou Chen Group, the world’s largest manufacturer of athletic footwear.
Dentalle’s zirconia copings are milled using a 5 axis milling machine, resulting in precise accuracy and fit. While TDS mills the coping, each Zirconia restoration is finished in-house by Dentalle’s skilled technicians, ensuring our high quality standards are achieved.
Again, we market to dental labs that want at least 100 units of our restorations each month from the highest quality.
