Customer Support
With the assistance of our web-based system, our customer support team is able to provide our clients with superior service. One of the core functions of Dentalle’s system is the ability to communicate via tickets. The ticketing system is an efficient and effective method of communication for our lab and clients because:
- Tickets can be created by both Dentalle staff and the client themselves.
- Tickets are kept permanently in the system and can be referenced at anytime.
- Clients can access tickets 24 hours a day and respond at their convenience.
- Tickets have the capability of including attachments enabling us to use digital photos for cases in question (see Digital Communication)
In addition to our web-based support system, we offer personal customer support based out of our headquarters in Florida. In the event that a situation requires special attention or a client would like to contact someone here in the US, our customer support representatives are accessible by phone and email during standard business hours.
Digital Communication
Dentalle’s web-based system is set up for digital communication, meaning that digital photos can be easily sent from both our lab and clients. This technology allows for clients to visually identify problems when issues arise with a case. Clients can also upload photos to provide the lab with images that can accompany special instructions in order for the lab to have a more precise understanding of a request. This feature provides an enhanced technique of communication resulting in high quality restorations.
Confidentiality
We understand our clients may have a need to keep their valued customers’ information private. Dentalle does not require clients to provide exact names in the system. Users have the ability to use codes or their own classification system when entering information in the required office, doctor, and patient fields.
Warranty and Remake Policies
Dentalle offers a 5 year warranty on all materials.
In most situations we will repair the case free of charge. However, there may be additional charges in the following circumstances:
- If the original dental restoration is not returned to us.
- If the case is re-prepped and a new impression is sent.
- If the shade is different from the original order.
- If the restoration materials are different from the original order.
- If we asked for a new impression and you asked us to proceed without one.
- If we advised you that we could not guarantee the quality of this order and you asked us to proceed anyway.
- If we requested a try-in and you asked us to proceed without one.
- If we received no study model for anterior cases and/or no specific directions.
