The system also provides you with reports on your volume, product breakdowns, and remake percentages per doctor. You can access all of this information 24 hours a day from any computer with internet access!
- Tracking: Dentalle’s tracking system is directly linked with FedEx’s website allowing you to easily and clearly track all of your shipments to and from Dentalle. Not only does Dentalle’s system allow you to track shipments, but you can also track the status of each individual order. Also, all of the documents necessary for sending your shipments, are automatically generated by the system, so you don’t have to deal with filling out forms required by Customs.
- Communication: An open line of communication is available on our site through a ticketing system, enabling you to maintain contact with the technical staff in China, as well as the customer support staff here in the US. The system is set up to send you digital photos, allowing you to see the exact issue the lab is having with a case. Clients love this aspect because it makes them feel as if their cases are across the street, not across the globe!

The Facility
Our production facility is located about 1 kilometer from Beijing’s international airport in the duty-free zone of Tian Zhu, which is shared with many well-known corporations. This zone has its own customs and FedEx staff allowing us to operate during holiday times, when many other facilities in China are shut down.
Dentalle’s facility is state of the art featuring reputable equipment from the US, Italy, Germany, and Japan. The facility is climate controlled allowing for products to maintain a superior quality, even during the hottest and coldest months of the year. Dentalle is registered with the FDA and guarantees that all materials and equipment used in manufacturing are 100% safe.
Our Staff
The entire Dentalle team consists of over 250 individuals world-wide. Within our facility, we have a dedicated group of highly experienced technicians. The staff in China is highly respected and is provided with room and board, continuing education opportunities, and excellent working conditions. The management team within the production facility has over 100 years of combined experience in the industry!
